Glade Poulsen

Born and raised on a small farm in Southern Idaho, Glade Poulsen would definitely be characterized as the consummate Entrepreneur.  From buying and selling young baby calves in his teens, to the construction industry for 20 + years and then for the past 13 years full time in the MLM industry;  where his primary focus was in Asia.

In his 20 + years in the construction industry, he worked primarily for himself but also several years on the corporate side where he was VP Operations with one of America’s largest homebuilders.  After building a sizeable residential framing business with over 150 employees, he sold that business to go full time into MLM industry in February 1997 where he has been since.

He is very excited to Join Xango and uses his experience and passion to build a long-term business.  He was attracted to the founder’s passion, vision and stability that Xango offers.  Additionally, his long-term relationship with Robert Conlee was instrumental in his decision to join Xango.

Glade and his wife Cindy live in Eagle, Idaho.  They have 7 children, 3 at home, 3 married, one living away from home and single and 8 Grandchildren.  They love the out of door lifestyle of Idaho including, white water rafting, the seasons, skiing, boating, gardening and a simple lifestyle.
